Why Gluten-Free
backed with a creative R&D team and a deep understanding of the science and health benefits of a gluten-free diet.
What is Celiac Disease?
At the heart of the gluten-free community are those who suffer from Celiac disease, a serious genetic autoimmune disorder where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine. It is estimated to affect 1 in 100 people worldwide, meaning at least 3 million people in the US are living with Celiac disease.
We formulated a completely gluten-free and allergen-free pizza crust so that those with gluten sensitivities could enjoy our pizza crusts without worry of cross-contamination.
Our Commitment to Gluten-Free
Customers with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivities can count on you to provide 100% gluten-free pizza crusts. We began manufacturing in a 14,000 sq. ft. gluten-free facility located in El Segundo, CA and later expanded to a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Torrance, CA. Our Torrance, CA facility is now one of the largest gluten-free and nut-free facilities in the country. We are also excited to announce that we are in the process of expanding our state-of-the-art facilities to Crest Hill, Illinois by the end of 2019, to meet the ever-growing demand for gluten free pizza crusts. We are both NSF certified gluten-free and BRC certified. You can rest assured knowing that our quality is our first priority.
